Damages
- If pets or children under 6, we reserve the right to hold a $250 damages fee deposit to ensure the property/items and accidents are covered.
Local and State Boarding Tax
- PA requires us to collect 4.1% Hotel Tax and 2.3% Boarding Tax. We are a licensed and approved overnight stay "hotel" in their defintion.
